Come to Evolution and travel the world in a bottle. We’re tasting through Sauvignon Blancs for the summer. We’ll be visiting France, Chile, New Zealand, South Africa and tasting Californias best. Don’t miss this event it’s a chance to vacation without leaving Chicago.
